Photoshoots can be fun just about anywhere. With a little creativity, photos can be taken that are both beautiful and memorable! Recently, I did a photo shoot at the most magical park in the world for a friend’s birthday. There were some shots taken that are fairly standard and iconic, but we also had fun exploring around and coming up with some that maybe aren’t quite as standard.
The photos were for Caitlyn’s birthday and Donald Duck is a favorite character of hers so we definitely had to take a couple of photos with the #1 duck. While I did take some photos of Caitlyn and Donald Duck together in a more traditional manner. These two shots were a little less traditional and captured some of the fun being had during and after meeting Donald. In one shot, I happened to catch Caitlyn taking a selfie with Donald. The other shot was after we had taken some pictures from the Train Station and I noticed that Donald Duck was still meeting with people.
Another place we stopped by was the it’s a small world attraction. This happens to be Caitlyn’s favorite attraction. We also did take some fairly traditional photos in front of the attraction. Then, we took a few minutes to get some photos from each side for some different perspectives. Below is a photo from each side of it’s a small world. The focus on these was really just to capture Caitlyn in her happy place. Oh, and also to show her dress had pockets!
These photos are an example of what a Portrait Photo Shoot would be like with Photos by Daps. We had a blast taking these photos (and many others) during a morning in the park. While this may have been at The Happiest Place on Earth, we could have just as easily had fun taking photos in a local park or even a neighborhood! The main point was that we focused on capturing a moment in time (Caitlyn’s birthday) in a place that she loves!
